Delete your account
You can delete your Kori account and the learning data attached to it at any time, either in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Kori and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email us from the address on your Kori account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done, usually within one business day and always within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account, name and email address.
- Your profile, lesson progress, streaks, XP, rewards and saved words.
What is kept
- Subscription and purchase records held by Google Play or the App Store, which they keep under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the store first.
- Crash reports and analytics events, which are not linked to your name or email and expire on their providers' normal retention schedule.
